Søren Eggert Lundsteen Olsen 1199b1aa86 Repository: configured instances, discovered databases, agent request queue (0016) 
insight.ConfiguredInstances (Web or ConfigFile source, soft remove, sealed
password), insight.ConfiguredDatabases (discovery result, monitored, AX to hub),
insight.AgentRequests (queue for connection tests and discovery run by the agent)
and insight.AgentKeys (the agent's public key and identity). The web login gets
INSERT on ConfiguredInstances and AgentRequests and UPDATE on named columns only;
no DELETE, no Source/Name change, nothing the agent records.
